This 3M E-A-R 391-1000 Blue One Touch Earplug Dispenser Base features a patented "No Waste Funnel" allowing users to reuse the base and the dispenser. The base is designed for use on a tabletop or can also be wall-mounted. A variety of 500 Pair Uncorded Bulk Bottle Refills are available for use with this dispenser base: 3M E-A-R Classic NRR 29 (P/N: 391-1001), 3M E-A-R Superfit 30 NRR 30 (P/N: 391-1002) and 3M E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neons NRR 33 (P/N: 391-1004).
