How do I set up an account?
    

An account number will be established automatically when you register for the first time with www.TnASafety.com. To expedite the shipping of your first order, we suggest that you use a credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. If you wish to establish a line of credit please e-mail: TnASafety@gmail.com. You will be contacted by our Accounts Receivable Department and asked to complete a credit application. You can always contact our Credit Department via phone 1-888-708-5580 or send an e-mail to: TnASafety@gmail.com for information about establishing a line of credit.

Ordering via TnA Safety’s state-of-the-art web site is the first choice for many of our customers. There are several ways to quickly and easily place your order online:

  • Browse our online catalog or search for items by keyword or item number, add them to your shopping cart, and check out quickly and securely
  • Enter the part numbers and quantities you need on our Quick Order Form and submit your order fast and efficiently

If you would like to order by phone, call us at 1-888-708-5580. We have Customer Service Representatives on staff from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Please have your customer number ready when you call. If you do not have a customer number, a Customer Service Representative can set up a new account for you with your first order.

If you would like to order by mail or fax, send us your purchase order. Please include your complete billing and shipping address, phone and fax number, contact names and general business information.

For fax orders, add your credit card information and fax the order to our toll free number at 1-888-708-5580. Our fax lines are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When will my order ship and how long will it take to get it?
 
All credit-approved, in-stock orders received by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship out that same day. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. We have access to a wide variety of carriers and service levels but primarily we ship through FedEx, all orders placed through the website will ship via FedEx unless another carrier is requested in writing when the order is placed. If necessary, our Customer Service Representatives will work with you to choose the carrier that best fits your needs, please call us or email if you need our assistance.
 
What will I be charged for freight?
Freight costs are based on package weight, volume, carrier and destination. TnA Safety estimates and adds freight costs at the time you place your order. These calculations are estimates and are subject to change based off of determined, order specific, actual freight costs.
 
Are there any extra charges when shipping hazardous or ORMD items?
    

Items classified as ORMD must ship via a ground method, and may be subject to additional charges and fees.

Items classified as hazardous for shipping purposes must ship via FedEx HAZMAT.

    
Are there any extra charges when shipping heavy items/orders?
    

Heavy orders (≥ 150 pounds) must ship via truck and may be subject to additional charges and fees.

    
When I call, am I talking with a person who is familiar with your products?

When you contact TnA Safety, you are connected to a highly trained Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representatives attend ongoing training sessions to better answer your questions and concerns. We are committed to putting you in touch with the information and products to help you create the safest work environment possible.

    
What if I do not see what I am looking for?
    

Click on the Request a Quote Tab off of our home page or click on the Request Product Quote link located at the bottom of any web site page and we will check our product database at your request. If the item is not offered on our web site, we will do our best to locate the item for you and provide you with a competitive quote from one of our suppliers. Custom/special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders may require certain forms of advanced and/or secure payment to process.

    
How do I request a quote for a large volume order?
    

From any inner product page click on the Add Quantities to Quote link to create and submit a RFQ (Request for Quote) or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-708-8850.

    
Do you handle special or custom orders?
    

For more information on special or custom orders, click on the Request a Quote Tab off of our home page or click on the Request Product Quote link located at the bottom of any web site page and we will check our product database at your request. Custom/special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Orders may require certain forms of advanced and/or secure payment to process.

    
What is the TnA Safety Guarantee?
    

TnA Safety is committed to the complete satisfaction of each and every customer. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, give us a call within 30 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please obtain a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER before returning any product to our warehouse by visiting our Product Support & Customer Care link and Submit a Ticket for your request. We will not be held responsible for items returned without an RMA number. Returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
