Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for TnA Safety products must be made within one 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned or exchanged product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. TnA Safety will either replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price minus any applicable re-stocking fees, (up to 25% depending on the manufacturer.)


Items that cannot be returned to TnA Safety:

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC

For product returns and exchanges please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:

  • Go to our Product Support & Customer Care link at the bottom of any TnA Safety website page and Submit a Ticket under the Customer Care Category, please include the order number and Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit issued.
  • We will contact you with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number and proper shipping instructions, do not ship any products back to TnA Safety without having been issued and RMA number and return shipping information and instructions, TnA Safety will not be responsible for product returned without an RMA number.
  • There is no need to call us for authorization.
  • Carefully package the item(s) and include any documents you received from Customer Care that may be required to process the RMA. Please reference the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to the address indicated by our Customer Care Department. Please pre-pay shipping – TnA Safety does not accept C.O.D.s.
  • Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

If the RMA requires an exchange TnA Safety will ship your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You'll just need to use the return label provided to send your original item back within 30 days. Exchanges are only made for the same product in a different size or color and are limited to apparel.

Defective Items

If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (if one arrived with the item) you can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact the product's manufacturer directly.
