The MSA 10089998 ALTAIR 4/4X Galaxy Automated Standalone Smart Test System is an easy-to-use, versatile and durable calibration and test system designed for ALTAIR Disposable Single-Gas or Multi-Gas Detectors. It offers simplicity, incredible performance, and is able to withstand the harshest of environments, all at an affordable price. Simply place the instrument in the test stand and close the door. The system performs the test automatically; no other user intervention is required. The system does not require a computer or network interface for any mode of operation; the system can operate completely standalone, or be connected to a computer network. Setup of the Galaxy Automated Test System is easy and fast due to the standard pre-connected tubing within each unit, up to ten test modules can be interconnected for simple expandability. This instrument helps to lower the overall total cost of ownership of your current MSA gas detection instruments, with the automated recordkeeping capabilities available with each test stand, there is no need to keep hand-written records of an instrument's calibration history any longer! The ALTAIR Galaxy Standalone Smart Test System comes with a two-year, all inclusive warranty from MSA. All Galaxy Standalone Smart Test Systems come with a regulator, installed memory card, North American power supply, instruction manual, required filters and tubing. *This ALTAIR 4 Galaxy Smart Standalone Kit includes a (1).25 LPM demand flow regulator and a gas cylinder holder capable of holding 34L or 58L calibration gas cylinders but does NOT include calibration gas which is required for calibration. A total of two regulators are required for the SIRIUS Galaxy Test System, please choose the additional regulator from the Regulator drop-down when ordering. Calibration gas is sold separately. - Inventive System Door: The system door has multiple functions, the door operates as a device to ensure proper gas flow to the MSA instrument, providing confidence that the gas detection instrument is being tested properly, the door also functions as the method to provide the proper connection when charging your MSA instrument, as well as a dust cover to keep unwanted debris from entering the Test Stand during a test
