Broad 16 1/2" base with molded-in tie down notches provides stability and security. Inside the large 16qt galvanized steel liner pail is easily removed for cleaning. Large head acts as a heat sink and keeps rain out with its covered opening. Molded in graphics and 1 1/2" opening permit easy use for cigarette disposal but discourages use for other trash.
