The FIBRE-METAL F500 Series Headgear Faceshield Mount is made from Noryl, the same material used in FIBRE-METAL's welding helmets. This high performance faceshield is stronger, more durable and has greater heat resistant than an ordinary faceshield. This headgear also features an exclusive channel grip system, which mounts faceshield windows and locks them in place in a deep recessed channel to form a perfect seal from dust, dirt and debris. The F500 also has an extra-deep 7" crown protector that extends protection without increasing weight, this mount incorporates wide-vision (8" x 17") wraparound windows and screens which provide 40% more protective area than standard size mounts, it fits easily over required spectacles or respirators and comes complete with a ratcheting headband for easy adjustment. Window Visor Faceshields are available and sold separately: Clear (P/N: 4178CLR), 3.0 Medium "Light" Green (P/N: 4178GRN) and 5.0 Dark Green (P/N: 41785). Mounts sold each. 25 Mounts to a case.
