These websites offer services, Inside Outsourcing LLC is the service provider. They do not manufacture or sell any tangible product they only provide logisitcal procurement support services for tangible products.
All orders are shipped FOB unless otherwise specified. Products considered hazardous for shipping by the U.S. DOT require special packing, and must ship via specific carriers. TnA Safety offers a number of large and over-sized items that require special handling. If an item requires special handling, these items will ship separately from other items in your order due to the special handling required. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Sales tax will be added onto the total merchandise, including shipping and handling charges if applicable. The customer is responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes, or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate. When placing an order, the customer shall indicate which products are tax exempt.
Products, prices, and photographs are subject to change without notice. Quantity Discounts do not apply when combining sizes, colors, styles, etc.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of the sale date for resolution of the problem and for return shipping instructions. You must contact TnA Safety’s Customer Service Department prior to returning any products. Items must be returned within 14 days of the Return Materials Authorization date. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. TnA Safety will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred during the order and or return process. Direct ship items are subject to the prior approval and the returned goods policy of the manufacturer, which may include restocking fees. Items with custom artwork or imprints and custom ordered locks are not returnable, unless the problem is due to our error.
Our Customer Service Department is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday) for taking orders, providing assistance and technical support. Take advantage of our Same Day Shipment on credit approved orders by placing your order by 12:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday).
TnA Safety will occasionally send catalogs, e-mail and/or faxes to individuals who have given us their contact information. If you would prefer not to receive catalogs, e-mails or faxes from TnA Safety or would like your name please send an email to TnASafety@gmail.com, (please include your name and mailing address in the message).
Credit card information is encrypted at the time it is entered and is not available to TnA Safety employees after that time. Our products are intended solely for the use(s) specified by the manufacturer and are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes. You warrant and represent that you will properly test and use the products we procure in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field, and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge and understand that the purchase of the products we procure only conveys the non-transferable right to use the products purchased in compliance with the applicable manufacturer’s Published Restricted User Statement, Limited User Statement, Limited License, if any. All such statements or licenses are incorporated by reference herein and in any order as if set forth therein in their entirety. You are solely responsible for conducting any research necessary to learn the hazards involved for any intended uses of the products and to properly warn any person who may be exposed to such products of any risks involved in using or handling the products.
Customer or end user shall protect, defend, indemnify, assume any liability, save and hold harmless TnA Safety, its agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, customers, officers, directors, employees, insurers, and its successors and assigns, from and against any allegations, claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, penalties, recalls or product corrective actions, losses, damages, charges, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ or experts’ fees incurred), which may be imposed upon, incurred by, asserted against, or awarded against TnA Safety ("Liabilities") relating to Products or services provided by Supplier by this purchase order or by its agents and representatives, including but not limited to all Liabilities arising out of, or allegedly based on: (i) Supplier’s acts or omissions, or negligence, defects, or failures to warn, label or disclose associated with any Product or services provided by Supplier; (ii) Breaches of warranty (express or implied); (iii) Liabilities arising out of allegations or violations of local, state, federal or international regulations concerning Supplier’s Products “Product Regulatory Action”; (iv) Legal proceedings connected with any Liabilities or Product Regulatory Action, or arising out of any actual or alleged violation with respect to any international, federal, state or local treaty, law, statute, ordinance, administrative order, rule, regulation or regulatory proposition, enactment or resolution, including Laws and Environmental Laws (v) Liabilities based upon any claim of patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress infringement or any other violation of a third party’s proprietary or contract rights and/or as referenced in 7 hereafter; (vi) Supplier sponsored marketing or product demonstration efforts; and (vii) Breaches by Supplier of certifications, warranties, representations and obligations under this purchase order. Should the Customer’s or End User's insurer reject this indemnification obligation, Customer or End User shall immediately provide notification of such rejection to TnA Safety.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be considered separate and severable herefrom, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be binding upon the parties hereto as though such invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable provision had not been included.
